Hold The Line

proteus took one of the rings and placed it on. as the platinum skull band went around his finger it turned to dust. "i don't-" proteus began stunned. "HERETIC!" his closest leutentant screamed. "this can not be!" proteus said before his men opened fire on him. everything went black for a second then all he saw was his hammer smashed into the leutenant's face. "BROTHERS! MY FAITH HAS ALWAYS BEEN TRUE" he shouted trying to get through to them, but it was no use, the shattered ring sealed the deal with him. 'creators give me stregnth' he prayed then lifted his bolter and fired a three round burst into the first soldirs's head. mere seconds passed and all that remained inside was the bodies of his comrads that he killed. proteus dropped to his knees. "creators, what have i done?!" he cried out to the heavans. he turned to face kyle. "i must take my leave..."

Kyle looked at the dead bodys. "Meh.....You coulda done better" Kyle raised his hand, and a purple orb gathered from Proteus' battle brothers, sounds of screaming and pain came from it. Kyle crushed it in his hand, and the purple rushed back to the dead bodys. And they stood up, and aimed their bolters at Proteus. "I dont think your going anywhere" Kyle said with a shrug. "You still owe me a fight"

proteus looked at his resurected battle brothers "forgive me brothers...." he then looked at kyle. "fine... i accept... but on my terms." proteus said with a grin. he then pulled out a belt (similar to wwf) made out of crushed beer cans and bottle caps and put it on. "we fight completely hammered. i must warn you though, you won't like me when i'm drunk...." he said, his face going from grinning to serious. he then walked over behind some rubble and pulled out a keg. this brew is what the creators left for us." he then pulled out a piece of paper. "it contains turpantine, deathcaps, arsenic, hops of all kinds, wheat, nightshade, cobra venom, barly, sulfur, brimstone, peote, vodka, amonia, bleach, clorine, rum, and some other stuff." proteus read as he pulled out two beer mugs. "only the strongest of our people can drink this and come out unharmed with a xenomorph (alien) blood chaser. i'm one of them." he said with a sadistic smile. "lets see how you fair." proteus then filled the glasses with the surprisingly sweet smelling black liquid.

Kyle raised a hand, "Err.....I cant get drunk...My body burns off the alchohal too fast...." He grabs his cup and downs the liquid, He doesnt eve react to the liquid. "I woulda put honey in it" He said looking at it.

"it has hornet honey..." proteus replied then downed the glass. he then walked over and picked up his hammer. "lets do this then..."

Kyle drew a single knife, and stared the man in the eyes.

"Come at me bro"

before kyle could finish his sentence, proteus nailed him with a storm of black lightning. "less talk, more fight..." he said as he charged in windmilling his hammer screaming the lyrics to Wheel in the sky by journey over and over. "WHEEL IN THE SKY KEEPS ON TURNIN'!"

The lightning hit nothing, Infact The only thing that seemed to be there was purple and black sparks of flame where Kyle was. There was a surge of heat behind Proteus as flames appeared out of nowhere behind him, they were purple and black, and swarmed strangly. Kyle appeared out of them Brandishing his single knife, and he threw it at Proteus.

The knifes ichor was capable of melting through solid orcicium without issue, So Kyle knew perfectly that if it hit the man, the man was injured...badly.

proteus seeing the knife flying at him matrix dogded and manipulated the flames in o single fluid motion. he then took the black annd purple flames and sent them back at kyle. by the intensity of the heat they produced, he know it would be enough to annoy his father. he then swung his hammer like a bat at kyle's head.

(for one The FLAMES arnt tangible, FOR TWO they're GONE and KYLE is behind you THROWING A KNIFE so 1: YOu cant see the knife, 2: you obviously cant read, 3: You didnt do JACK)

Proteus made some weird flailing motions then swung his hammer at nothing like a bat as the knife hit him in the back of the neck. Proteus screamed as the blade cut through his vertibrie paralyzing him from the neck down, he fell down on the ground like a rubber chicken. with a thump.

Kyle chuckled, "I can teliport perfectly, dipshit" posing perfectly, obviously just being a perfect dick.
