Can Admin characters capable of transfering from one Diemension to another Just do that. Or do we have to make Character sheets for every single one.

Well a quick summary without giving too much away there is something allowing interactinos between dimensions? tough that isn't really of anyone's concern right now you'll be rping in your choosen dimension until the problem is fully addressed.
