Power stage two:12-57% He can now give his bullets certain effects ranging from Magical to poisons and tranqulizers. He can reload faster then you can blink.
Final power stage: 58-100% power, His bullets poison's and tranqulizers now ignore immunities, If one has a regeneration factor that exceeds the magical affects ability to damage the target, it becomes focused on causing pain rather then actual damage.

History/Affiliation: Irvine was raised to be a marksman. He was orphaned before he had a chance to remember his parents faces. He was then raised in a mercenary establishment where he found his strength in hitting targets with accuracy and precision. However, this study of marksmanship has taken a tole on his personality. He views his life as a lonely one, "Most people don't understand the life of a Marksman. A sniper pour's his whole being into a single bullet, that single shot, that one chance. The pressure is intense. If a sniper misses that one shot, that tends to end his life. So, if you think what I'm doing is 'simple' or that its 'easy', You obviously don't understand what exactly happens when one pulls a trigger."
