Age:She started aging about 24 years ago before that she was kept from aging so she could be upgraded for the test that were performed on her to work.
Place of Birth:Earth in a lab on a island that is not found on anymap.
Hair color:Black and Brown.
Eye color:Left Eye Orange Thought she is no longer infected by them. Her eye has been permanently change to oranger. Right eye is brown. Both turn red when she is angry.
Height:6ft.
Appearance over all:
Personality:Very intelligent but very naive, She is a very trusting soul who was raised to be obeidiant. She'll often listen to people without question and seems to have no problem taking orders. Sometimes comes across as dumb but then will show a spark of intelligence that will knock most off their feet, while she is very smart she has a lack of wisdom. She is very kind and very simple.
She is also very easy to anger, a quick insult at those she considers friends will earn you a miniture sun to the face. She is very violent when angry but is easy to calm down. A simple apology often get's her to want to be your friend, all in all she's a ditz but a very smart one.
Weapon: Arm Canon:This wapon doubles as a gauntlet and can bcome any weapon of the same mass a reverse ngineered weapon from examples of 'Before tech' That is most often seen as a metalic gaunlet over her left arm. When fully extended the canon is a forearms length extended past her own arm.and channels universal energy to fire blasts of energy that can destroy allmost anything in it's path. The weapon supports her attributes increasing them and making her body almost as invulnerable as her adoptive father's
Equipment: 'Unlce's jays Eye jewel.': A man named Jay gave her a jewel that seems to make her look exactly like Ustuho when placed on her chest. No one has any clue exactly what it does.
Power Stage one: "I'm Rein, have you seen my father his name is Mooch." During this stage she has the abilities of only a few people like Fraide and Alexia she isn't trying to hurt you but her power is so great she might not be able to avoid it.
Power stage two: "You wanna play? Fine Mother told me not to but I guess a few scoldings is worth breaking your weak form!" She now can't help herself it's time to fightand your on the receiving end of the most powerful combination of Sceince, magic, and pure power is now trying to melt your face. This was the stage if oiwer she was in In Need to Live as the final boos.
Final power stage: "I-I may be adopted, BUT I AM STILL THEIR DAUGHTER!" Rein overloads on her own power becomeing the Genetic child of Mooch and morgen. (Exactly how this happens is unknown...or as the family would say. "Complicated") She inheriets forms of her parents ablities and attacks in a blind rage without distinction. The only one to have calmed her in this state has been Mooch.

History/Affiliation:Rein was the child of two scientist who were looking for a way to counteract the virus that had all but destroyed the Need to Live Earth, using natural biology as thier weapon. The sceintist actualy found a way to fight the infection by making a system of defenses in the body that they placed in their daughter before their lab was over run. They managed to store her in an exprimental cryotube and she was found several years later by a group of sceintists who took the young child and begun experimenting on it's body. The very first effect of which was a slowed aging process. They continued to work on the child conditioning her mind so that she was intelligent and obeidiant obeying every command given to her. She was raised to obey without question and therefore did. She was given great power to use at the command of another...and so she did.
When she reached 14 her aging process finally began to move due to being stopped temporarily by the cryo tube. Until the age of twenty the only world she knew was the inside of the lab as she was strictly forbidden to leave as they knew if she wasn't told not to she would just fly away if she wanted to. As her powers grew and she was imbuned with the abilities of the strongest on the planet she also grew in overall strength to an unprecedented level, and yet she was still as naive as ever. She had discovered the Crazy spectrum a while back and had been using it in exercises as she was allowed all her abilities then. It proved to b her most entertaining techniques. She was still never allowed outside.
At some point she was Presented the corpse of a creature and told to devour it, with a few protest she obeyed and got sick for a while but got over it. Later on she grew black wings and the third eye appear on her chest her legs also changes one became encased in stone while the other gain atom orbits around it. This was also around the time she began hearing the voice of the creature she devoured in her head telling her to break free and destroy all the scientists. Sometimes she almost gave in and listened to the voice but in the end she always found a reason not to.
Throughout her life she was pitted against other Hell ravens and the losers were thrown out (explains the one killed in sydney) Though why she was pitted against these others escaped her =. why they needed others escaped her. But nothing mattered really. She spends her days in the labs combating the tests the voice and the prototypes as she is constantly upgraded whenever a new power must be added. Until they came... They went through into the lab and she was order to kill them all. WHen she met with them she lost control of herself and the one of them in her mind or at least a type of it went wild forcing Mooch to go into her mind and combat it while She fought the others outside. A breif second before Mooch freed her mind She focused enough energy to destroy the galaxy into a single beam of energy and fired it upon the figthers, The only one hit was The Hellion who threw himself in the way to save the others. The strange thing was that the blast did not destroy his body.
When Mooch Freed Rein's mind she was seperated from a creature that called itself Yasora. (Inu noted that her appearance seemd simmilar to Ustuho's and that Rein now lacked the resemblance and equipment He speculated that this may be due to the Yasora finding Ustuho to be a suitable form for herself.)That was going to kil the weakened and Demoralized party. When Selina devoured her lover The Hellion and went mad with power in the breif second Inu inherieted his power. The two destroyed The Yasora and then foguth each other to a stand still where Selina passed out. Rein woke up later In Mooche's home (well that's not exactly how that part happened.) and has been raised by Morgen and Mooch to make up for her lack of parents ever since. Then Jay gave her that Jewel and Shennanigans happened!
